Born and raised in Upper Austria, I graduated high school here in 1998 with a focus on art. From my earliest youth I was interested in art as well as sports. Up to the age of 11 I spent many hours a week with ballet and gymnastics, hiking and skiing additional to school. Unfortunately, a spine-defect was discovered in my early puberty and I was not allowed to do any sports for the next 10 years. Alongside school I started traveling the world and getting to know other cultures and languages at an early age, since then until now my curiosity lead me through most countries of Europe and South America as well as some in Asia and Africa. After I finished my education as an interior designer, I worked in this profession for three years, after which I moved to Spain for a year to work and travel. In 2004 I started a new training, I studied art in Vienna, Austria and Chile, South America and then also teaching arts and handicrafts at the Arts-academy in Vienna. These student years have been the time when I got interested in yoga. In addition to university, political work, exhibitions, traveling, taking time with my family and having fun with my friends, yoga became an integral part of my life from the end of the 2000s, since 2016 I’m regularly attending Buddhist silence seminars to get closer to myself by meditation. Since 2010 I'm working as a teacher in high school, which I really enjoy. After this year's sabbatical, I want to install yoga in my school, which is very important to me personally as I think it will be highly beneficial for the students. Besides teaching in high school I also take sYoga-classes since 2017. In 2016 I completed my first 200-hour yoga training in Kerala, Indiain 2017 I did a yogateacher training for children and adolescents in Vienna. During my trip through India in 2017/2017 I also stumbled into Indeayoga and knew immediately that I wanted to go there again, which finally happened, in November and December 2022 I completed my YTT Level 1+2 here.
