As a yoga teacher, I have a deep passion for helping others connect with their bodies, minds, and breath through the practice of yoga.
My journey into yoga began several years ago when I was searching for a way to manage stress and anxiety. Yoga became a powerful tool for me to find peace and balance, and I quickly realized that I wanted to share this gift with others. I completed my yoga teacher training program at The Yoga Institute and Indea Yoga, where I gained knowledge in anatomy, philosophy, and teaching methodology. My teaching style is warm, supportive, and inclusive. I strive to create a safe and welcoming space for students to explore their bodies and minds without judgment or expectation. I encourage students to listen to their bodies and honor their limitations while also challenging themselves to grow and evolve in their practice and help my students to understand not to fight with the practice rather play with it.
