Since I was born, I have been immersed in the philosophy of yoga, my family has been based on the principles of Yoga and for this reason I have had the great fortune of learning from a young age a conscious lifestyle such as the practice of ahimsa: not violence for this reason I have never eaten meat in my life, all my life I have grown up with this beautiful culture, I really love and vibrate with yoga. I am a passionate soul to share all the knowledge I have received about how to be happy, in a practical and conscious way; applying the ancient teachings of yoga in our current daily life.
