Meet me, an Architect turned Yoga Teacher from Nepal, who found her true calling in life through the practice of yoga. My journey into the world of yoga began with a week-long meditation course that transformed me from within. I became more present, mindful, and grateful for the little things in life. This newfound happiness and sense of fulfilment led me to pursue my passion for yoga and become a certified teacher. Over time, I have completed several Teacher Training Courses in Hatha, Ashtanga, Prenatal, Postnatal, Therapy, and more. However, it was the Indea Yoga’s TTC that stood out the most to me. It provided me with the right perspective and answers to all the questions I had been pondering about yoga. My passion for yoga has only grown stronger, and I am currently pursuing my Masters in Yoga to further deepen my knowledge. Through my teachings, I aim to share the wisdom and knowledge that I have gained with my students. My goal is to help them bring real health and bliss into their lives through the practice of yoga. With every class, I aspire to create a safe and nurturing environment where my students can connect with themselves, cultivate mindfulness, and find inner peace.
