Coming from a professional dance background, I have been studying movement and the body for many years. Searching for a regular practice that allows me to live my life happily and healthily I stumbled upon yoga. Years later, during my teacher training with Bharat Shetty I had the pleasure to experienced a glimpse of the inner balance that yoga could bring to me. Many positive changes started to settle within myself, and as I grew clearer, calmer, and more energetic, a strong wish in me arose to share this wonderful technique with as many people as possible. My classes are accessible to anyone at any level, as I focus on helping my students to restore their inner balance, and find stability and ease in their practice. The technique I teach is based on classical hatha yoga, pranayama, and meditation. I am available for online one on one classes, as well as group classes on request.
