I'm French with multicultural roots. I used to be a lawyer and began my Yoga journey in 2012. Hatha Yoga practice dramatically helped my physical and psychological condition. The daily practice of meditation has allowed me to find a peaceful, positive state of mind. In 2019 at 50 I decided to start teaching. I like sharing and has found in the practice of singing bowls a very powerful way to help others. In 2023 I decided to deepen my knowledge by joining Indea Yoga which philosophy comes very close to mine : an holistic and functional approach of Yoga. I offer regular classes of Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga with my singing bowls as well as leading regularly Yoga retreats in the marvelous place where I'm living, the National Park of Vercors.
