At Indea Yoga learnt the indepth of Yoga with Prashantsir being the excellent teacher he made at ease every asana and also with Ajita mam our philosophy teacher who made our day blissful thru the chants. Over all had an amazing experience ,never knew could take out one month for learning yoga . Level 1 course was fun as well as enriching if you are looking to deepen your yoga practice this is the one go for it.
